This file is an Omorashi file, aimed towards helping the listener achieve total incontinence and diaper dependence, with constant leaking and accidents regardless of what they’re wearing. 
It’s specifically geared towards those listeners who haven’t found success with simply listening to files for results, and need a bit of a behavioral push to show the subconscious mind that it’s safe. 
So, in order for this file to work, you need to promise yourself you will wear a diaper and wet purposely every so often. 
Yes, you can still use the toilet while you’re training with this file, but you will need to wear a diaper 24/7 and regularly allow yourself to use the diaper in order for it to take hold.
The goal here is to reach total incontinence, to shrink and weaken the bladder until it can’t hold it on its own. 
As this is a paid file, it does *not* have a backdoor. 
Once you settle down with this file, there’s no going back, so you need to make sure you’re 100% certain that you want this before continuing any further.
