In this file, I lead you into a comfortable and relaxing trance with my hand paralysis induction. 
Once you are deep in trance, I help you access the deep relaxation of trance and help you bring it out of trance for moments of stress or excess energy. 
As always, I embed a safety backdoor for you to wake yourself up in case of emergency or if you feel too uncomfortable with any of my suggestions. Be aware that you may feel a bit strange after waking up until you next go to sleep.
