This file is a belly expansion file. It’s pretty simple, with no feederism or pregnancy involved. 
 
This one is a two-hour expansion, starting after you wake up, expanding, and staying that way for two hours. 
 
You’ll likely feel gurgling and movement through your digestive tract after waking up, but that’s normal when it comes to rapid belly expansion. 
 
As usual, I include bits to make sure that if your subconscious mind doesn’t agree with a suggestion or if you feel unsafe, your mind will choose to not follow the directions.
