Would you like to know what trance feels like?

This blog post is not just a blog post.
This blog post, while mainly being an explanation of what live hypnosis looks like in a session and how it might feel, is also intended to put you into a slight hypnotic trance. Perhaps you might even go kind of deep.
This blog post is intended to be informative, and I hope you come out of it knowing more and feeling like you are more experienced in this world of hypnosis.
I would also like to help you reach a space where you feel comfortable enough to really focus on My words, to reach a space that is close to what you came here to learn about.

The first part of a virtual video hypnosis session is much like the beginning of any video call, introductions, how-are-yous, and a refresh of the goals that would have been discussed ahead of time.
These goals can range from simple relaxation all the way up to erotic hypnosis HFO (Hands Free Orgasm) or ongoing obedience pet training.
But once that's out of the way, we can begin.
We can begin relaxing you.
Now, there are a slew of ways I can entrance you, but My absolute favorite is covert and conversational.
A covert trance can start out innocent enough.
A pause here...
A question there...
An observation, a suggestion, relaxation.
Or I could use a confusion induction.
I could ask you if you remember the last thing I said, or I could remind you that it doesn't matter what I'm saying anyway... does it?
All that matters in that moment is the sound of my voice.
Sometimes, even if we're not doing a relaxation induction, I might ask you to take a deep breath and relax.
It's all part of a gentle guided experience to bring you to a space where you're just on the edge of trance.
And then-
I'd drop you.
A drop isn't necessarily something sudden, though a lot of people do enjoy a good snap that almost makes them stop thinking.
Almost.
Because at the end of the day, all hypnosis is self-hypnosis.
When you're in trance, your subconscious mind is still awake, even as your conscious mind sleeps.
You can choose to listen or to end the session
You can choose to drift away with My voice, or you can choose to stay present and just listen.
Hypnosis really is...
Pause.
Hypnosis is a pause.
Hypnosis is a moment when you can just take a step away from the conscious world, with all of its worries and fears.
You can just step away and focus on just one point: the hypnotist, their presence, their words.
And the best part is, sometimes that focus feeling can bring along little treats with it, like a trigger word or a post-hypnotic suggestion.
As you focus, the train of thought you have will fade, and you'll wind up just experiencing the moment.
As you focus, you will wind up in the Eternal Now.
You will wind up able to experience "Now" as a true state of being.
That is when the real "magic" happens.
This is when the hypnotist can speak with your subconscious mind without your conscious mind choosing to involve itself unnecessarily.
This is when the triggers are implanted, the post-hypnotic suggestions are seeded, and when you, the subject, feel your absolute best.
"Best" looks different from person to person, of course.
As I always say, there's no right way to do trance, there's no wrong way to do trance.
All that matters in that moment is what your hypnotist is telling you.
And all that matters in that moment is how good it feels.
How good it feels to relax.
Once the suggestions and commands are nicely settled and nestled in your mind, it would be time to bring you back up.
I usually talk in a sharper voice, something to make it clear that the session is ending soon, to tell your mind that it's time to WAKE UP.
And, finally, once you've given yourself a good stretch and a deep breath to ground yourself, I check in and ask...
"How was that for you?"

Interesting, informative article. Made me want to listen to your induction for resistant subjects again. Heck I even like the GIF on the top of the page.
